Tadka Indian Bistro

Delights of India is now Tadka Indian Bistro. The name is new, but fans of Delights of India will recognize many of their favorite vegetarian dishes on our menu - and if you can't find them, just ask for them. We've changed the name because we have changed our menu - we now serve seafood and meat dishes as well as an extensive selection of meatless dishes. 

Tadka: It is the essence of Indian cooking. Tadka often translated as tempering, is a garnish or cooking technique used in the cuisines of India containing one or more spices/herbs and are fried briefly in oil or ghee in a frying-pan to release essential oils and thus enhance their flavors, before being poured into an entree' for harmonizing taste for the Mind and Body.
